We request you leave the hall as you found it which means you will be expected to clean and put away anything you use including chairs, tables, cups plates etc. You should build in time withing your hire rate to do this.
Alcohol can be served but if you are charging people then you would need to apply for a temporary licence.
Yes we will offer a discount on the Side Room if hiring the main room. Contact us for more details.
Payment in full is required to confirm you booking. If you cancel your booking a full refund will be given if the date is more than 3 months away. Between 3 months and 28 days before the event a 85% refund will be given, between 28 days and 7 days a 50% discount will be given. If you cancal the event 7 day or less before the event no refund will be given.
Yes we have a preferred caterer that we can put you in touch with.
Yes this can be provided as a small costed extra or you can bring your own. We have a hot water urn you can use.
Any hire over 5 hours will be charged at a full day rate as we would be unable to hire the Hall out again that day.
We offer upto 30% discount to all residents living in the parish of Sturton le Steeple. We also offer discount on children's parties for all children at Sturton Primary School. Multiple bookings for clubs can also recieve discounts.
